TO: ANY UNKNOWN, UNNAMED, BIOLOGICAL AND OR LEGAL FATHERS OF THE ABOVE-NAMED CHILDREN.
You are hereby notified that a Termination of Parental Rights Petition regarding the above-named child has been filed in the court by the above-named Petitioner.
You may obtain a copy of the petition from the Clerk, Gwinnett Juvenile Court, 115 Stone Mountain Street, Lawrenceville, Georgia, during regular business hours, or a copy will be mailed to you at your request.
You are notified that a hearing for Termination of Parental Rights will be held with Gwinnett Juvenile Court, 115 Stone Mountain Street, Lawrenceville, Georgia, on OCTOBER 30, 2008 at 8:30 a.m., at which time you should make your objections known.
Petitioner seeks to terminate your parental rights. An order terminating the parental rights of a parent is without limit as to duration and terminates all of his or her rights and obligations with respect tot he children and all rights and obligations of the children the parent arising from the parental relationship, including rights of inheritance. A parent is not thereafter entitled to notice of proceedings for the adoption of the children by another nor has he or she any right to object to the adoption or otherwise participate in the proceedings.
You have the right to be represented by an attorney. If you are unable to employ an attorney without undue financial hardship, the Court will appoint one to represent you. If you desire appointment of any attorney, you should advise the Court of such need immediately.
In the exercise of the Court's discretion and in the interest of the child/children, the children need not be brought before the Court at the hearing.

By Order for Service by Publication dated the 19th of September 2008, you are hereby notified that on the 18th of September 2008, the Georgia Department of Human Resources, acting by and through the Gwinnett County Department of Family and Children Services filed a Petition to Terminate Parental Rights against you regarding the above-named children. You may obtain a copy of the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights for free at the Gwinnett County Juvenile Court, 115 Stone Mountain Street, Lawrenceville, GA 30045 during normal business hours or a copy may be mailed to you for free upon request.
You are further notified that a hearing for the purpose of terminating your parental rights of the above-named children will be held by the Court on December 1, 2008, 9:00 A.M., Gwinnett County Juvenile Court, 115 Stone Mountain Street, Lawrenceville, GA 30045, at which time you should make your objections known.
If you choose to file written responses or objections, you must serve a copy upon the Petitioners attorney, BROOKE SILVERTHORN, Special Assistant Attorney General, 245 N. The Petition for Termination of Parental Rights seeks to permanently sever your parental rights to the above-named children so that they might be placed for adoption. An Order terminating your parental rights is without limit as to duration and terminates all of your rights and obligations with respect to your children named above, and in turn, all rights and obligations the children have towards you, as a result of the parental relationship, including rights of inheritance. You will not be entitled to notice to proceedings for adoption of the children by another nor will you have the right to object to the childrens adoption by another or otherwise participate in the proceedings.
You have the right to be represented by an attorney. If you are unable to employ an attorney without undue financial hardship, the Court will appoint one to represent you. If you desire appointment of an attorney, you should advise the Court of such need immediately.

SUMMONS
TO: MELINDA MARIE KIRK AND ANY MALE PERSON CLAIMING A PARENTAL INTEREST IN THE ABOVE NAMED CHILD. The mother of the above named child is MELINDA MARIE KIRK. The named father of the child is UNKNOWN.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that consolidated petitions for deprivation and termination of parental rights in regard to said child have been filed in the Juvenile Court of Cobb County, Georgia, and that by reason of an Order for service by publication entered by the court on the 6th day of October, 2008;
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED AND REQUIRED to appear before the Juvenile Court of Cobb County, Georgia, in Marietta, Georgia, on the 16th day of December, 2008, at 09:00 oclock A.M. The hearing is for the purpose of determining whether the child is deprived and whether parental rights should be terminated. The effect of an order terminating parental rights under O.C.G.A. Title 15, Chapter 11, Article 2 is without limit as to duration and terminates all the parents rights and obligations with respect to the child and all rights and obligations of the child to the parent arising from the parental relationship, including rights of inheritance. The parent whose rights are terminated is not thereafter entitled to notice of proceedings for the adoption of the child by another, nor has the parent any right to object to the adoption or otherwise to participate in such proceedings.
A copy of the consolidated petitions may be obtained from the clerk of the Cobb County Juvenile Court, which is located at 1738 County Services Parkway, Marietta, Georgia 30008, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., exclusive of holidays. A free copy shall be available to you. Upon request, the copy will be mailed to you. The child is in the care and control of the Cobb County Department of Family and Children Services.
The general nature of the allegations are that parental responsibilities and obligations owed to the child have been surrendered and abandoned.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that while responsive pleadings are not mandatory they are permissible and you are encouraged to file with the clerk of this court and serve upon petitioners attorney, Sanders B. Deen, 272 Washington Avenue, Marietta, Georgia 30060, an answer or other responsive pleading within sixty (60) days of the date of the order for service by publication.
All concerned parties are informed that they are entitled to have an attorney represent them and if a party requests appointed counsel and qualifies for such appointment, then the court will appoint counsel at no cost if the party is unable, without financial hardship, to employ counsel.
