You are hereby notified that on or about December 10, 2007, a Petition for Adoption of a male child born to you on 01/07/1992 in Lawrenceville, Georgia, was filed in the Superior Court of Walton County, Georgia, Adoption No. 07-A0048-4. On June 4, 2008 an Order for Service of Summons by Publication was entered by Court. Therefore, you are commanded and required to file with the Clerk of Said Court and serve upon Stuart J. Oberman, Petitioner’s attorney, an answer to the Petition for Adoption within sixty (60) days of August 28, 2008.
